So today I decided to go to trader joe’s after reading their fearless flyer and finding out they have Guacamole Hummus! (sounds amazing right!!). After spending 20 minutes scanning the hummus section I could not find it. I rationalized that it must be gone because it’s so amazing. So I walked around the rest of the store defeated, until i found soe of the most amazing things alive!!!

POWERBERRIES!!!

ok so these are a mixture of pomegranate, acai, cranberry and blueberry dipped in dark chocolate. OH MY FRICKEN YUMMM!!! but oh no it’s not over yet. I was trying to find some new type of bread to try when i stumbled across this beauty.

this is TOMATO and OLIVE FOCCACIA!!! You could never understand my excitement about this. first off it is not even bad for you at all. Secondly, it tastes like pizza, no joke. Since i spent like five years in the frozen section looking for a pizza that wasn’t 100% fat, I was excited when i found this, but overjoyed when i ate it. tastes better than pizza. Also, they have some spinach garlic flatbread pizza rounds.I’m sure I will be trying this tomorrow, so I will post a picture. I also picked up some more SPICY hummus and carrots, a staple in my life. As i exited I didn’t think I could have had a better turn around shopping adventure until these babies caught my eye.

HELLO LOVER!!!

Oh my, how I die when I see PEANUT BUTTER CUPS!!! these are great too because they are little and could be added to baking, well basically anything and you can eat a few and feel so satisfied. I also bought vegetable enchiladas and spinach lasagna. We’ll see if these follow suit. I am finally feeling better and have got a hang of this blog thing. I am so excited to be done with school next week. Tomorrow is my last day of actual classes. I will be so glad to have summer here!! I need a break to rejuvenate and focus myself. I hope Everyone else is doing well and enjoying the sunshine!!!

so after jason’s birthday i got ridiculously sick and haven’t been able to post since. I only have a week of school left and everything is so chaotic so hopefully i’ll be able to post more afer then. Mothers day consisted of me making a wonderful spread for my mother, pictures soon to come, once I figure out how to post them not as thumbnails. I am hoping to really dedicate some time to this blog in the next few weeks to get it looking good and figure out how everything works, so wish me luck!!

Today was the boy’s pre 21st Birthday!!! (wish I was 21 so i could go out with him tomorrow). So woke up as soon as he left for class and did all of these decorations. Then I cleaned the room and packed my car because I am going home tomorrow for the first time in foreverrr!!!(and only two weeks left in chico, ahh so much going on!) So i packed, cleaned my makeup brushes and room, made cookies for the man,played with my new camera, and went out two lunch for some yummy organic food! Now the boys are outside playing catch, adorable! I’m now playing with my new camera, so excited!.I have been wanting one for so long, and received a faulty one for my birthday last year so i basically gave up hope that i would ever own a functioning camera. So since i decided to start this blog I thought there is no better time to invest in a new camera! So here is my food mash up so far today,(it’s been a busy day so my eating has been miniscule and not the best either, but birthdays tend to do that to you).
